Actividades Mensual de Chosen/Elegidos CSCV
¿POR QUÉ SOMOS LOS "ELEGIDOS"?
Después de mucha oración e intercesión, el Señor inspira este nombre para el ministerio de Jóvenes de la CSCV en Brooklyn con la cita de Isaías 42:1-4. Este grupo surge del Corazón amoroso e infinito de Jesús para sus jóvenes que luchan contra muchas corrientes en el mundo secular. También surge como testimonio de vida de sus propios miembros quienes buscan la transformación y la santidad. Muchos de ellos tienen hijos adolescentes que han encontrado en la transformación de sus padres al Señor Jesucristo y así a través de la vida Comunitaria en oración pueden seguir creciendo en la fe por medio de la Evangelización. Finalmente, somos los "Elegidos" porque le pareció bien al Señor tener este ministerio (Marcos 3, 13-15) y ojalá siga siendo de mucha bendición para nuestros jóvenes en toda la ciudad de Nueva York.

WHY ARE WE THE "CHOSEN"?
After much prayer, the Lord inspires this name for the Youth Ministry with the reading from Isaiah 42:1-4. This group arises from the loving and sacred heart of Jesus towards his youth and their many struggles against the secular world. The group also emerges as a living testament to the vocation of its members called to a life of transformation and sanctity. Many of these servants have adolescent children who have encountered Jesus through their parents' own transformation in Christ and by living as a "Community" can further transform and evangelize. Lastly, we are the "Chosen" because it pleased the Lord to have this Youth Ministry and hopefully, it will grow and continue to be a blessing to all the Catholic and Christian youth of New York City.
